Join Chicago Tribune sports columnist Steve Rosenbloom and movie critic Michael Phillips for a 25th anniversary screening of “Field of Dreams.” You’ll want to catch this baseball classic with your whole family. Rosenbloom and Phillips will lead a post-screening discussion with Dwier Brown, the actor who played John Kinsella, the father of Kevin Costner's character.

Michael Phillips is the Tribune’s film critic. Previously he wrote about theater and the movies for the Los Angeles Times, the San Diego Union-Tribune, the St. Paul Pioneer Press, the Dallas Times-Herald and the Twin Cities weekly City Pages. With Richard Roeper and A.O. Scott, he co-hosted a hundred or so episodes of “At the Movies.” He lives on Chicago’s northwest side.
Steve Rosenbloom has covered sports for more than 30 years, writing columns for the Chicago Tribune since 1996. Before that, he wrote a column for the Chicago Sun-Times for five years. He has covered baseball, football and hockey for the The National (moment of silence please -- thank you) and the Los Angeles Daily News. Steve writes the RosenBlog for the Tribune's Sports Website, while also writing a column and other items for the Tribune's Sports Section. Additionally, Steve writes a weekly poker column that is nationally syndicated.
