"Preparing Your Child for Kindergarten" is a workshop that will help parents foster a positive and successful transition to kindergarten for their child. Saint Mary Magdalen kindergarten teacher, Mrs. Caroline Waltman, M.A., and first grade teacher, Mrs. MaryAnn Camarillo, M.A., will share tips and resources for parents to help their preschool children through this time of change. Learn what you can do today to prepare your child for their future.

A staffed craft table inside the workshop room will offer activities for children to enjoy while their parents participate in the workshop. A library-sponsored Family Storytime in the Children's Room will immediately follow the workshop.
