Shaping the Workforce of Tomorrow

Economic change and uncertainty has placed considerable strain on America's workforce. Companies must re-tool their teams with 21st-century skills and experience. Colleges and vocational schools must continuously adjust curricula to keep pace with changing employer needs. And the public sector struggles to create the right policies to match training programs with market forces.

Please join our distinguished panelists as they explore how America's workforce can remain competitive in the 21st century:

  • Nancy Snyder, President and CEO, Commonwealth Corporation
  • Nancy Stager, EVP Human Resources and Charitable Giving, Eastern Bank
  • Jodi Detjen, Professor of Management, Suffolk University
  • Morris McInnes (moderator), Professor of Accounting, Suffolk University

This is the latest in the ongoing Innovation Leadership Series, organized by the Center for Innovation and Change Leadership, Sawyer Business School, Suffolk University. The series provides a public forum to explore important contemporary issues related to innovation and change that cut across public and private sectors.
