These unique Prenatal Yoga Classes provide safe, simple and effective exercises designed to strengthen and relax your rapidly changing body, preparing you for a conscious childbirth, and helps mothers-to- be discover a deeper sense of peace and harmony within, lifting blocks of fear, doubt and old conditioning out of pregnancy, birth, motherhood, as well as life. Kundalini Yoga and Meditation, as taught by Yogi Bhajan, is the cornerstone of these Prenatal Yoga classes, which goes far beyond the physical realm of mere movement. As a mother- to- be develops a more conscious meditative mind, she brings this to her birth experience, as well as to her family and home. Our goal: to create a more peaceful world through strong and conscious mothers.
