INTRODUCTION: Yoga is an excellent age-old practice that will keep you limber, tone your muscles and improve your balance and circulation throughout your pregnancy. For pregnant women, we offer a specific prenatal yoga class taught by experienced certifed yoga instructors with specialized training.
In addition, you will learn how to breathe deeply and fully relax, which will come in very handy as you face the physical demands of labor, birth and motherhood. The benefits of yoga aren't limited to your physical well-being, as it's a great way to meet other pregnant women and support one another throughout your pregnancy. This weekly, one-hour class is held inside the Destination Maternity Store at St. John's Town Center
Though this prenatal class is gentle and good for all stages of pregnancy and fitness levels, you should always seek permission from your healthcare provider before beginning the class.
