We recently hosted four lecture sessions on how ancient traditional teachings of Yoga can help you gain 24 hours of energy in 24 minutes. The lectures generated a lot of interest in having a practical workshop in which these methodologies will be demonstrated. As such, we will be offering this on Sunday for any returning attendees as well as any new persons.
You are cordially invited to experience a unique two hour workshop in which you will learn 24 minutes of physical yoga as well as yogic techniques for emotional health. The workshop will be led by Pandit Radheshyamji Mishra, who has been teaching Yoga for the last 20 years across the world, is currently the President of the Ujjain YogaLife Society (a yoga training and research center in India) and a faculty member of Vikram University, Ujjain, India.
Date: Sunday, April 14, 2013
Location: Hanuman Mandir, New Hyde Park
As space is limited to 50 participants, spots will be reserved on first-come-first-serve basis. You will be provided a video DVD titled “24 Minutes of Yoga for 24 hours of Energy.” If you have already been using the DVD, feel free to bring any questions you may have to the session. Please do not eat anything for two hours before you arrive. Wear loose clothes and bring a Yoga mat, notebook and pen.
