Event Details

Many conferences and panels focus on how to use the latest social media tools. PR Camp™ New York is different.

PR Camp New York  will be a full day of HIGHLY INTERACTIVE discussions on the strategy behind social media -- complete with marshmallows and a virtual campfire. It will explore key issues facing our industry, helping PR and marketing professionals to identify challenges and take advantage of new opportunities.  The goal is to go back to your offices with solutions and fresh ways of thinking.

PR Camp New York  is recommended for PR, marketing and communications professionals at all levels from business, non-profits, government agencies, associations and educational institutions.

Our "unconference-like" format avoids many of the conventions of a typical conference. There will be NO panels or PowerPoint demonstrations. Moderators ("camp counselors") will use scenarios based on case studies and real world experience to guide participant discussions.

KEY TAKEAWAYS

  • A better understanding of the strategy behind social media for PR and marketing
  • A network of professionals built upon an intimate setting and interactive discussion
