IB announces a new addition to the “Grab Bag Thursday” family of shows. On the second Thursday of every month, PowerHour gives the mic to a rotating roster of the best standups in Boston and beyond. In Boston, even the most experienced local comics typically get just a few minutes to bring the laughs…ImprovBoston tears down those walls to give audiences a full 15 minutes from each of the carefully curated comics. Veteran Boston standup Dan Crohn hosts this unique showcase in the ImprovBoston Main Theater to give Boston’s top comics the stagetime they deserve and their audiences want.
