What is "Power Up!"?
Power Up! is a three-day event desigend to inspire, educate and empower disability professionals. This event features engaging keynote sessions and a wide variety of small "Learning Labs" designed to give professionals the tools and information they need to best service individuals with developmental disabilities.
The 2014 Power Up! InterHab Annual Conference provides attendees with Continuing Education Credit as expert speakers and breakout sessions give participants valuable information and hands-on experience.

Sleeping rooms are available by calling the Capitol Plaza Hotel at 1-800-579-7937, ask for the InterHab Room Block with a special rate of $92 a night. The deadline for sleeping room reservations is Sept. 15. Sleeping rooms cancelled after Sept. 12th will incur at $40 cancellation charge.
Refunds will be made if cancellation is received prior to 5:00pm on October 9, 2014. An administrative fee of $25 (plus any applicable credit card processing fees) will be retained for cancellations received prior to 5:00pm on October 9, 2014. No refunds will be made for those that cancel after October 9th or for those who fail to attend the training event(s). Please note that substitutions for attendees are permitted. To make a substitution please contact Janet Middendorf at 785.235.5103. Sharing registrations is NOT permitted, any participant(s) found sharing registrations will be invoiced for full conference registration.
InterHab is the premiere resource network for Kansans with developmental disabilities. We provide advocacy on behalf of Kansans with developmental disabilities.
Through our Division of Professional Development we also provide networking & continuing education opportunities to professionals in the human services field.
