The How and Why? This Nutrition and Health presentation offered by Sandi Rechenmacher, local nutritional consultant, will lay out world renown nutrition researcher, Dr. Neal Barnard’s 'lifestyle basics’ that will turn up your alertness (mind/memory), raise energy levels, improve your sleep, and boost your overall health. His scientific observations will help us put more years in our life AND more LIFE in our years! And... it’s simple, easy, effective, and delicious!

In his latest book, Power Foods for the Brain, Dr. Barnard* lets us know that although building a healthful menu is  one of the most important things that we can do to protect our BRAIN, it also has the power of affecting our bathroom scale (wt. loss); our cholesterol, blood pressure, and diabetes numbers (these drop); and our chronic aches and pains (fade away). The How and Why healthful eating is so powerful is what Sandi will be explaining.
