Celebration of Fermented Foods

New date: Wednesday, June 12th

Join Slow Food San Francisco for the culinary celebration of fermented foods. Leigh Rodwick and her aunt Alison May host Slow Food SF’s Convivial Table in May’s beautiful home and outdoor terrace in Noe Valley. May will be baking her signature baguettes and you’re invited to the fete. You don’t have to be an expert on fermentation or do the fermenting yourself, just bring something to share using a fermented ingredient in your recipe or bring a fermented beverage. From wine and cheese, to pickles, yogurt, sauerkraut, and kimchee. Reserve a place and the food or beverage category you plan to bring to share below, and get ready to savor all the nourishment of community, conversation, and fermented foods.
