Ante Meridian (of, relating to or taking place in the morning) is a new, exciting, original concept developed by Chef Anthony Yang. Anthony has a very strong
fine dining background which includes stints in some of the country's finest restaurants in New York City (Per Se, Alain Ducasse, Country) as well as the Bay Area (The French Laundry, Michael Mina). Most recently having served as a sous chef under Ron Siegel at Restaurant Michael Mina, Anthony decided to pursue and expand his vision for a restaurant that would serve his upscale take on American brunch under the name Ante Meridian. After hosting multiple successful brunch pop ups in the Mission District of San Francisco, Anthony would like to welcome you to experience his first of a series of post meridian dinners at Naked Kitchen.
