POST & BEAM OFFERS A SPECIAL "FULL OF THANKS" PRE-FIXE DINNER TUESDAY and WEDNESDAY, NOV 20 - 21
While everyone might love to enjoy a delicious feast with all of the traditional fixings on Thanksgiving Day, there’s no reason not to give thanks (and keep eating) throughout the entire week. Baldwin Hills’ Post & Beam, from Owner Brad Johnson and Executive Chef and Principal Govind Armstrong, offers Angelenos the perfect solution with a special, three-course “Full of Thanks” prix fixe dinner menu, that will be available nightly from Monday, November 19 to Wednesday, November 21, and on Friday, November 23. Although the restaurant will be closed on the actual holiday (Thursday, November 22), guests will enjoy a three-course meal featuring Chef Armstrong’s signature twists on favorite Turkey Day dishes, complete with aButter Lettuce and Arugula Salad with Poached Pear, Goat Cheese, and Pomegranate, followed byBrined Turkey Breast with Cornbread Stuffing, Caramelized Sweet Potato, Gravy, and Cranberry Apple Pear Chutney, and finished with a Pumpkin Panna Cotta with Cranberry Glaze.
