This workshop is creatived for survivors of sexual violence, domestic violence and abuse to provide information and encouragement for developing a healthier image of our bodies. By rejecting the standards of beauty society imposes on both women and men, and celebrating the strength in our own resiliency, we can discover the comfort of being in our own skin.

+A discussion about both recognizing a negative body image and creating positive body images of ourselves and others
+A guided practice of Tai Chi with Rita Hall, one of our incredible nurses here at the Crisis Center
+A self-affirmation exercise
