This is a 2 hour, extensive "skills and drills" seminar that teaches you the different fall and pull "poses". There is not a lot of running involved and you do not need to be an 'avid' runner or an 'endurance athlete' to participate in this seminar. You will receive a before and after video analysis of your running form. Whether you are just learning how to run, have been injured, or are ready to take your running to the next level this seminar is for you!
