Join Sommelier Christopher Birnie-Visscher for a special evening with Miguel Roquette featuring his family’s Vineyard, Quinta do Crasto. Located in the heart of the Douro Valley in Portugal, Quinta do Crasto has been in the Roquette family for over a century, producing different styles of port and table wines each year.
This delightful evening features the following selections: Quinta do Crasto White 2011, Quinta do Crasto Red 2011, Quinta do Crasto Reserve 2006, and Quinta do Crasto Late Bottled Vintage Port 2007. A special four-course menu featuring Portuguese Pulpo Terrine, Pan seared Atlantic Cod with a Bacalao Puree, and Pork Tenderloin a la Portuguese serves as the perfect Complement to the unique and beautiful characteristics of these Douro wines.
