Starting with a Pineau Des Charentes, a French fortified wine, no, not a port, but delicious nonetheless, we will move on to a Quinto Do Crasto Late Bottle Vintage, then a 2003 Vintage Quinto Do Crasto as a comparison. A 20 Year Old Offley Tawny will be a contrast with a surprise wine to finish. Chef Bill John has been busy with these wines and will deliver the Cheese and Chocolate culinary concoctions.
