For an entry fee of just $50, you get:

The male and female who lose the most fat** will each win up to $500 with all other proceeds benefitting LiveWell Colorado.

Choose up to two workouts each week:
Saturday, 8:15 am—Red Rocks/Bonza Lakewood Bootcamp
Saturday, 9:00 am—Bonza Downtown Hard-Ass Class
Monday, Wednesday & Friday, 6:30 am—Bonza Lakewood Hard-Ass Class
Monday, Wednesday & Friday, 7:00 am—Bonza Downtown Hard-Ass Class
Monday & Thursday, 5:30 pm—Bonza Lakewood Hard-Ass Class
Tuesday, 6:00 am—Bonza Downtown ViPR Blast Class
Tuesday, 4:50 pm & 5:45 pm—Bonza Downtown Hard-Ass Class
Wednesday, 5:45 pm—PorchLight Yoga
Thursday, 6:00 am—Bonza Downtown Hard-Ass Class
Friday, 4:30 pm—Bonza Downtown Hard-Ass Class
All classes are 50 minutes long except yoga, which is 75 minutes.
Weigh-In & Weigh-Out
All current Weigh-Ins & Weigh-Outs will be held at PorchLight Real Estate Group, 838 Broadway. Other locations and times will be added on an as-needed basis.
Thursday, 1/23: 4 – 6:30 pm
Friday, 1/24: 4 – 6:30 pm
Saturday, 1/25: 1 – 4 pm
Thursday, 3/6: 4 – 6:30 pm
Friday, 3/7: 4 – 6:30 pm

** Winners will be calculated using the following formula: [(Percentage of body fat lost divided by starting body fat percentage) times 100] plus [(pounds of weight lost divided by total starting weight in pounds) times 100]. This calculation levels the playing field, giving those with a low starting body weight equal opportunity in winning against those with higher starting weights.
