Avital Cocktail Tours presents a Pop Up Speakeasy on Monday, June 24th in a second floor original Speakeasy to celebrate the launch of our Union Square Cocktail Tour. (www.avitaltours.com/tours/san-francisco-cocktail-tour/)
Come enjoy specialty craft cocktails poured by bar manager Josh Trabulsi of the Burritt Room celebrating San Francisco history in an original intact speakeasy.
Known to few, this speakeasy at 1630 Powell Street was disguised by the facade of a noodle factory during Prohibition. Though "hidden", it was never busted because the police chief used to frequent this particular establishment and gamble in the back room.
6pm-7pm VIP Reception
7pm-9pm General Admission
Each admission ticket includes 3 drink tickets plus food bites. 100% of the proceeds benefit the SF Architectural Heritage's Legacy Bars & Restaurants Project.
