PleinAir Moab celebrates open air painting in breathtaking environments.
The colorful, week-long gathering of artists and art lovers in Moab, UT, culminates in artist competitions & awards, public art sales, and fun with friends.
Plein air artwork is a painting completed in the field, on location and “in the moment.” Art work must be accomplished in a 50 mile radius of downtown Moab. The maximum size of a substrate is 24″ X 24.”

Peggy is a Signature Member of Plein Air Painters of New Mexico and Plein Air Artists Colorado and is a Full Member of the National Society of Painters in Casein and Acrylic.
Her educational background includes architectural studies at Arizona State University and classes at the School of the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston, the DeCordova Museum School in Lincoln, MA, and the Silvermine Arts Center, New Canaan, CT, where she studied with Jack Pellew. In addition she has taken individual workshops from Charles Gruppe, Tony Van Hasselt, Jeanne Mackenzie, Laura Robb and Koo Schadler.
