This film is about Hania and Paweł, a young married couple going through their first serious crisis. They run from their problems; Hania becomes enthralled by a video game in which she creates Lucjan – the perfect man. One day Lucjan comes to life and moves in with Hania and Paweł... A story about escaping into the most selfish of fantasies.

It is apparently so until the moment an opera diva moves into an apartment above hers and starts to seduce Basia with her voice.

Polish Filmmakers NYC
Polish Filmmakers NYC is devoted to bringing the best in Polish cinema past and present to New York City audiences. Since 2012, the organization has hosted regular and special screenings, including the New York premiere of Andrej Wadja's Walesa: Man of Hope and our annual Polish Women in Film series.
The 2014 Polish Women in Film Series: New Voices, Ancient Echoes will be held from November 7th to 9th at the Tribeca Film Center. It will kick off with an invitation-only opening night at the Museum of Modern Art on November 6th.
