North Conference Rooms 1 & 2
Decisions regarding serious medical problems and death are often difficult to discuss. Unexpected end-of-life situations can happen at any time, and can be devastating for families. Advanced Directives allow you to live your life on your terms. In this workshop, you will learn about Advanced Directives including Living Will, Durable Power of Attorney, and Do Not Resuscitate orders. A free simple form for documenting Advanced Directives will be provided.
