The Restorative and Transitional Services (RTS) program within the Philadelphia Prison System (PPS) works to provide inmates with real life work experiences as it strives to equip them with transferable job skills and a new found work ethic. We know that these skills will help prepare inmates for successful re-entry into society and employment at minimal cost to taxpayers.
