We will introduce the students to two amazing pizza doughs and the versatile range of uses for them. We will make both a pre-ferment and simple straight-mix pizza dough. Students will learn how to shape the dough balls, stretch and shape the dough, and how to finish and bake. Students will also prepare their own dough, which they will take home.
Saute Culinary Academy offers classes to serve every kind of cook, from beginners to advanced. We offer recreational classes on a vareity of subjects, featuring seasonal produce and focusing on proper techniques. Most classes run for three hours and all our classes are hands-on, so students truly learn through participation.
