Pizza, Calzone and Foccacia

Homemade pizza is fun and surprisingly easy to make--come learn the techniques at this hands-on class! Our discussion will take into consideration flour, pizza peels, stones, sauces and more. We'll do the classics--like Pizza Margherita-- as well as the gourmet--like Pizza with Caramelized Onion and Gorgonzola. You'll learn to make a delicious Ricotta and Spinach Calzone, and a quick Herb Focaccia that is receptive to just about any topping!
