Event Details

Over the past 30 years a host of scientists have provided ground-breaking research that consistently points to the same conclusion: that we were designed by nature for a way of living and a way of eating, that has almost disappeared from our culture.

Experience an educational and entertaining presentation as Sandi describes the Four New Food Groups and introduces you to the Nutrition scientists, doctors, and leaders who are embracing them and leading the way 'back to the future.' During this presentation one will re-discover Nature, natural foods, and nutrition as paths to creating your own optimal health and wellbeing.

Sandi Rechenmacher presents Dr. Neal Barnard's Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine (PCRM) Food for Life (FFL) Programs featuring cutting edge research as the basis of healthy lifestyles, preventing and surviving other chronic diseases well (Obesity, Diabetes, Cancer, Heart Disease) along with new healthy culinary tricks and short cuts.

This lecture is a must for you (and your friends) who want to learn about 'PREVENTION as the best medicine.'

Second of 2 Lectures - 2 Thursdays: January 10 and February 7, 2013; 6-7:30 pm
