We'll taste 12 pintxos (small portions or snacks, eaten in the Basque country).
Some are on the current menu; others are possibilities for fall. Your feedback will help shape the menu.
We'll pair each course with Spanish drinks. The restaurant creates its own vermouth and carries a broad array of ciders, wines and beers - so expect surprises.
We'll chat with the chef and beverage director about recipes and pairings.
