Pig & Plough Suppers presents Cochon de Lune at Bayou Teche Brewery in Arnaudville on November 17th.
Chef Jeremy Conner of Pour and Toby Rodriguez, owner of Lache Pas Boucherie et Cuisine, will roast a pig (raised locally at Market Basket of Youngsville) while Silvia Bertolazzi of Carpe Diem! Gelato - Espresso Bar serves up her delicious gelato filled with local produce.
The Bayou Teche Brewery guys will have a cask of Loup Garou for us to enjoy and Storyteller Barry Ancelet will be there telling folk stories.
