Description

Pi People is an evening of interesting speakers, stimulating conversation, and Adaptive Lab essential craft beer (plus some of the best catering around!). It started out with our friends and has now grown to be a burgeoning community of folk fascinated by the change taking place around us. You may do what we do or face some of the challenges and opportunites that we help our clients navigate. Either way, we'd love to hang out and hear what you have to say.

Confirmed speakers so far include Srin Madipalli, Founder of Accomable, hailed as the people revolutionising travel for people with disibilities by Wired Magazine; Nick Marsh, Head of Product at Lost My Name; and Salman Chaudhri, Designer at Adaptive Lab, talking curiosity, data privacy, and the filter bubble.

You can read the blog write-up of our last event here - Pi People #4: Building a Creative Culture, 12 Months in FinTech, and 'Side-Hustling'. Alongside this post all about the impromptu panel that took place at the event with some of our friends, from places like Twilio and August, where we talked about holacracy; how to get teams to think about, and tackle, everyday tasks in a new way; they even touched on edge of chaos thinking.

Pi People is our event series for the design, business and tech community. We bring curious minds together to discuss a topic that’s big on the design agenda. Sustainability, inclusivity, brand, proposition design… Whatever gets the conversation going.

Previously hosted as idean, we are now frog, part of Capgemini Invent.
