Another great night dedicated to photojournalism at The Denver Post!
The Denver Post photojournalism staff is honored to invite you to their next Photo Night honoring work that shows the range and importance of visual journalism within Colorado. First, photojournalist and longtime staffer Helen H. Richardson will share her work from the 2015 USA Pro Challenge. Richardson followed the race throughout the state for seven days straight sending almost 200 photos back to the office and taking hundreds more overall. To finish out the evening, videojournalist and national Emmy nominee Mahala Gaylord will share work from "Breakdown: Mental Health in Colorado," an extensive project she worked on with two-time Pulitzer prize winning photojournalist Craig F. Walker and writer Jennifer Brown published by The Denver Post in the Fall of 2014.
Another Special Opportunity:
The first 25 Denver Post subscribers to RSVP will receive tickets for a free print from the presenters by using the code from the paper to reserve their tickets. The first 25 people to RSVP online through Eventbrite after noon on Tuesday, September 8th will also receive a ticket for a free print. Tickets for the prints will be provided at check-in.
