Registration begins at 11:30am in Room 1715 with the CLE Presentation beginning at 12:00pm. Lunch will not be provided. Michael Kielsky shares his knowledge and experience concerning photo radar tickets and traffic ticket defense. Michael will discuss applicable statutes, procedures, process leading to the issuance of the notice of violation and/or complaint, service of process, options for defendants, traffic court procedures, and MVD Consequences.
