Wednesday, February 27: FISHTOWN TOUR
Stop 1: Kraftwork. Chef Brian Lofink will make his beloved winter gnocchi dish, while drink expert Tom Flannery will mix up their new Cool Hand Luke cocktail. You’ll get both.
Stop 2. Fette Sau. Learn all about Fette Sau’s meats, from where they come from to how they smoke them. Then, eat them up. Plus, a whiskey primer and tasting.
Stop 3. Frankford Hall. Sample Frankford Hall’s array of sausages, drink some fine German beer.
***Must be 21 or older to attend. No food or drink substitutions. Tickets are non-refundable. All tours run approximately from 5:15-7:30. Tour will begin at the first restaurant and ends at the last one. Please arrive promptly at 5:15. Please be prepared to walk from restaurant to restaurant.
