Kymberly’s original play, Bumping Umbrellas was performed at Don't Tell Mama and the 42nd Street Theatre. They staged and produced various productions in NYC including Savage in Limbo, Rant and Bumping Umbrellas.

With a double MFA in Playwriting and Acting, and after having  had several plays produced in NYC , Harris is now working out of Chicago.  A professional playwright/award winning actress, she has also founded TheatresCool, a professional acting school in Bloomington, IL.  Her teaching is focused on method acting - Bloomington the only place in Central, IL that offers this.   Read more about her companies and work at www.KymberlyHarris.com and www.TheatresCool.com.

She just produced and directed a workshop production of her play Faith at TheatresCool, which sold out every night and was very successful and is an amazing play. Before that, it received a reading at the Broadway Theatre Institute, with two time Emmy award winning Cady McClain in the lead.   A documentary film crew came out to film the process of building the workshop.  Kymberly is also on IMDB
