Learn how to make and store pesto for use during the long winter. Students will learn about pesto variations and make batches of pesto to take home. Students will then work together to make six dishes featuring the pesto: Classic Pesto with Sausage, Pesto Pizza, Pesto Beef Roulade, Pesto Roasted Vegetables, and Pesto Pasta Salad. Extensive handouts will be provided.
Please bring two ½ cup freezer-ready containers for your take-home pesto.
