The Urban League of Greater Atlanta Young Professionals and Identity Engineers presents Personality Powered Networking. Dubbed as the eHarmony of networking, Personality Powered Networking is a networking event designed to help professionals make meaningful business connections. Learn your personality type and how it relates to others, then use this information to network with other professionals based on compatibility. Event will be facilitated by Jason William Johnson, M.A. of Identity Engineers, a Chicago area firm that utilizes psychological principles as a foundation to provide professional development and organizational consulting, provide one-on-one coaching , design new businesses and products, and create unique branding and event experiences.

Jason William Johnson, People Hacker | Leadership Coach
Jason William Johnson is a "People Hacker" and leadership coach. Personality hacking is the art and science of quickly approximating a person's character based on their appearance, speech,environment, and actions. He is founder of Identity Engineers, an educational company that teaches individuals and organizational teams personality psychology for improved networking, increased sales, and professional development. He is also the inventor and host of Personality Powered Networking and a business coach at the Chicago Urban League's Entrepreneurship Center. In his role at Chicago Urban League, he utilizes his knowledge of organizational leadership principles and branding to help clients launch new ventures.
Jason is a doctoral candidate in Organizational Leadership and holds a Masters in Industrial Organizational Psychology. His dissertation will explore how personality type influences the professional networking styles of managers and executives. He also has over 5 years’ experience as a web developer and graphic designer.
Jason serves as Educational Advisory Board Secretary for IAEOU, an online entrepreneurship incubator and training program for small business owners in Chicago and Amman, Jordan. He is also the current President of the Metropolitan Board of the Chicago Urban League, a chapter of the National Urban League Young Professionals (NULYP). Prior to becoming President, Jason served as the Metropolitan Board’s Vice President and Personal & Professional Development Chair. In his spare time he enjoys reading and meditation
