PSP opens doors to students 18 and older who are not able to meet the entrance requirements for traditional college-level courses. The focus is on gaining vocational skills to acquire entry-level employment. The curriculum is deleivered at a pace designed to meet the needs and abilities of the students.

PSP courses provide specific skills for a variety of vocations including:

  • Computer Skills
  • Food Service/Sanitation
  • Keyboarding/Typing
  • Childcare
  • Horticulture

Attend this Information Session to learn more about the PSP. Starting Fall 2012, classes will be offered at the Southlake Campus in Vernon Hills, in addition to those offered at the Grayslake Campus. Take a tour of the Southlake Campus, meet the instructors and new Program Coordinator, learn more about registration requirements and what a typical day in class is like.
