The library will be hosting a series of health and fitness seminars taught by Mona Laru, who is certified in Nutrition for Optimal Health, Wellness, and Sports thru TESC of NJ and Group Exercise thru AAAI. In these seminars you will learn important guidelines and tips for a range things from motivating yourself to change your eating/exercise habits to making positive dietary changes. We will be hosting three seminars spanning February and March. These are all FREE seminars!
