Spring is the time to entertain and why not make the perfect dessert to your dinner? This class will focus on a few classics that will draw rave reviews from your guests. This evening we'll make some classics that can be easily lightened up with seasonal fruit.
Tiramisu - The classic lady finger dessert is a great make ahead treat that has many variations.
Boston Cream Pie - Luscious chocolate tops thie perenial favorite.
NY Cheesecake - Complete with a sour cream topping.
Caramel Bread Pudding - This is two desserts in one as we make a decadent caramel then infuse it into a bread pudding.
Class begins at 6:30pm and cost $80.
