Join us for a conversation over coffee and crepes with other New Orleans locals interested in global issues, international travel, and cultures. People to People International (PTPI) will be in town for this casual meeting with members interested in all things international. We would love to hear about your travel experiences and your ideas for increasing cultural understanding in New Orleans.
Not a member of PTPI? Join us to share about your multicultural experiences and to learn more about our international work of Peace through Understanding.
This is a no-host event and there is no charge to attend.
When & Where
People to People International
Established in 1956, People to People International (PTPI) has reached more than 160 countries with people of all ages participating in our programs. It is a voluntary effort of private citizens promoting international understanding through direct people-to-people contacts.
PTPI is dedicated to enhancing cross-cultural communication within and across communities and nations. Tolerance and mutual understanding are central themes. While not a partisan or political institution, PTPI supports the basic values and goals of its founder, President Dwight D. Eisenhower.
