Peninsula Symphony would like to invite you - music educators, students, parents and overall music appreciators - to our open rehearsal on Tuesday, May 10. This is your chance to interact with Peninsula Symphony musicians and Assistant Conductor Jessica Bejarano! As a community orchestra, all of our musicians are volunteers and have day jobs that range from teachers to engineers to doctors and beyond. Come and chat with them about their musical & professional backgrounds and how they keep music part of their everyday lives.
Afterward, hear from Assistant Conductor Jessica Bejarano as she discusses highlights from our "Great Moments in Opera" performance, featuring two of the Bay Area's most beloved opera stars - Heidi Moss and Eugene Brancoveanu - along with the 140-voice Stanford Symphonic Chorus, and then sit back and enjoy a behind-the-scenes look as we prepare for what promises to be an exhilarating evening of vocal and orchestral showpieces!
