Be a fundraiser and 1) generate money for free screening, 2) support the free online prostate cancer tracking service, 3) win a fabulous Primal Wear Lifestyle cycling jacket. Just raise $750 and you will be riding in style.
Monthly competition by gender and Strava.com cycling age groups. Monthly winner in each category gets a great pair of Lin Socks. (Maximum of three wins per rider). A PCAP KOM jersey will be awarded to best time in each age category, male and female, at the end of the year.
Each Strava.com category includes a “Clydesdale” category for big guys weighing in at 200 lb. or more.
Finally, we will award our very special “Lanterne Rouge” jersey to the male and female with the overall slowest time up the hill – the Lanterne Rouge rewards sheer determination. :)
There will be an annual KOM/QOM winner party.

This is a year-long competition, beginning on May 1, 2013 and ending December 31, 2013. Ride as many times as you like. We will use your fastest time logged on Strava.com.
