This institute provides an opportunity to increase the teens’ awareness of the responsibilities they can perform in their local Pathfinder Club, for their fellow man, and for God.
It is not necessary for those attending to have completed all Teen Counselor requirements; however, they should be teens who are serving in local clubs and acting as Teen Counselors and are planning to complete Teen Counselor requirements by the end of the year. Teens must be acting or invested Teen Counselors currently involved in a Pathfinder club.
The club director or secretary must submit the online registration form fifteen (15) days before the convention. Registration deadline is Thursday, September 17. If space permits, any registrations received after the deadline will be charged an additional $20 per person. Also, any changes made after the deadline will incur a $5 fee.

This year's theme is Connect with a focus on discipling. "For it is God working in you, enabling you both to desire and to work out His purpose." Philippians 2:13. What better way to understand God and His purpose than by bringing in The Sanctuary. Messiah's Mansion will bring an exact replica of the sanctuary and furniture depicted in Exodus 25-40 for this event; the same one at Oshkosh Camporee. The Sanctuary is indeed, "The Gospel in Symbols." There is not end to the revelation made possible concerning the character of God and His great plan for our becoming like Him from the study of the sanctuary. The sanctuary and temples of the Bible present five very important truths:
- God's character, LOVE!
- God's plan for helping sinful people to become lovely like Himself.
- The symbols and services of the sanctuary and temple represent the gospel in symbols.
- One year in the services of the sanctuary represent the Bible from Genesis to Revelation, from Eden lost to Eden restored.
- The yearly festivals symbolically cover the major spiritual events in God's plan for salvation.
Messiah's Mansion will present the workshops which will focus on certain components of the sanctuary as well as having a tour. Since The Sanctuary is at the General Sessions in Texas, we will update this information as soon as it is available.

When & Where
The Pathfinder Club, a church-centered recreational-spiritual program, is designed for both boys and girls. The program offers action, adventure, challenge, and group activities that produce team spirit and loyalty to the church. Pathfinders are encouraged to complete their class studies to learn more about Jesus, by digging deep into the Bible and into God's second book, nature. One of the Pathfinder Clubs' basic purposes is to fulfill the Elijah message of Malachi in which the "hearts of the parents are turned toward their children and the hearts of the children are turned to their parents." As parents and church members work, worship, and play together with the Pathfinders, the so-called generation gap disappears in a bond of common experience. Children learn best by example; the whole Pathfinder philosophy is built on this idea. It is important, then, that spiritually committed, dedicated leaders of high principles be chosen to work with the Pathfinders.
