Join The Prince & Pantry as we prepare fresh pasta from class. We'll teach you how to make a basic pasta dough that can be used to make various pastas and filled pastas. From Hand-Cut Pappardelle with Wild Mushroom Ragu to Ricotta Agnolotti with Brown Butter & Sage to Cavatelli with Fennel sausage & Tuscan Kale. You'll never think about pasta from a box every again.
This is a hands-on cooking class and will take place in a commercial kitchen setting. Please wear comfortable clothes and closed toe shoes.
