Pasta Workshop and Wine Tasting
Join Italian chef Maria Capdevielle for a hands-on class at the beautiful kitchen of Cedar Gables Inn Bed and Breakfast in Napa and learn how to make traditional fresh home-made pastas from scratch. You are going to learn how to make different shapes of pastas and simple but delectables sauces to pair with each one of them:
Tagliatelle al Pesto
Ricotta Ravioli with Simple Tomato Sauce
Pappardelle with Brown Butter and Sage Sauce
We are also going to pair each pasta dish with a local wine.
A light salad to clean the palate and biscotti to end the meal will be served.
