Strengthen your belly with core exercises, work on stability and control and have fun doing it with a friend. (You can come with someone you already know or come alone and make a new friend).
You will usually do Pilates mat work on your own, no wall, no loop, no chain connection. Having the assistance and challenge of performing floor exercises against a partner (who is doing the same thing) tests each body's level of control and coordination. You end up not only have to negotiate your own body, but that of your partner's as well.
