Part 2: How to Print the Object

Topics Covered: Preprocessing the the object (slicing) and printing.
Prerequisites: Everyone is encouraged to attend Part 1 but it is not mandatory. There are 2 categories of prerequisites. Category 1 will not print an object and there are no prerequisites. Category 2 participants are to provide an .stl file to the instructors prior to the meeting so that they can verify that the object will take no more than 30 minutes to print. Participants can submit a design they found online to print, or use 3D design software and tutorials to design their own object to print.

2) Printing something; Limited to 6 participants total. $20, includes printing costs.
