Parkinson's Hike: 3 mile in Vancouver, WA

Parkinson's Disease Hike Series
With Sukhee So, Physical Therapist.
These hikes will be approximately 3 miles long at a moderate pace.
This is a great opportunity to get some fresh air, get some physical activity, and meet other people who are living with Parkinson's disease. We will walk along the waterfront and then have lunch afterwards if anyone is interested.
If you have any concerns about your ability to participate in this type of activity safely, please talk to your neurologist first.

Meeting Point: at Beaches Restaurant and Bar, 1919 SE Columbia River Dr, Vancouver, WA
Bring: Drinking water and appropriate shoes and dress appropriately for the weather.
