Panther Training FALL Kayaking "FitTrip"
We have a special trip planned for the NATURE LOVER and OUTDOOR SPORTSMAN or WOMAN!

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
You'll see that the launch site is not where we meet (because it's better to meet up somewhere where there is phone reception.
We'll meet in Hebron, Indiana, which is the last town with good cell reception on the way to the launch. We'll leave Hebron and head to Dunn's Bridge (the end point of the paddle), where we'll leave some vehicles, and get into a few vehicles to drive to English Lake, the launch where we'll get on the water.
Note: The shuttle is cooperative, meaning we might ask to put someone in your car at some point in the course of getting people back and forth to their cars before and after the trip.
Below I've included the timeline. We might tweak the timeline by a few minutes, but if so, I would send a follow-up e-mail.
HERE IS THE SCHEDULE FOR OUR TRIP:
Meet in Hebron, Indiana at Main Street Gas at the first light at Rte. 231 & Rte. 2
Depart Hebron for Dunn’s Bridge and the shuttle to English Lake
Launch canoe trip from English Lake (we will not wait for late)
Land at Dunns Bridge
(There may be slack time betweento account for any delays and make sure we don’t miss the cranes. One option for filling the time if you land early is to go to Dooley’s, a little tavern with coffee and beer between the landing and the crane preserve. You could go to the cranes early, but there will only be a few. It’s best to see them in the 45 minutes before sunset when they’re flying in.)
Arrive at Jasper-Pulaski Fish & Wildlife area
(Optional) Join us for dinner at the Kniman Tap, Kniman, IN.

My life has always been filled with sports and fitness. At six-years-old, I began playing “Little Miss Softball” and learning Classical Ballet; I continued both through college. My love for fitness is fueled by my parents whose motto is “give it all you’ve got!”
After thirty-plus years in the sports/coaching and fitness field, I am still excited about working with people who are looking to change or improve their quality of life through fitness and good nutrition.
