An exceptional panel of experts, moderated by Theofanis G. Stavrou, Professor of Modern Russian History at the University of Minnesota, will discuss the challenges facing Ukraine, Russia, Europe, indeed the world, as the crisis in Ukraine increasingly is taking on characteristics of a protracted conflict.
