The "Paleo Diet" is all the rage, and for some good reasons.In this three-part series, you’ll learn to use the best of the Paleo Diet principles to create easy and healthy meals and walk away with 10+ recipes from each class, inspiration and confidence to start using the recipes, and a happy belly after sampling some tasty delights. Whether on the Paleo Diet or not, this series is suitable if you’re curious about utilizing food to: reduce inflammation, create more sustainable energy, release excess weight, balance moods and blood sugar, and support healthy hormones. The group will meet monthly, August through October, to give you time to implement what you’ve learned, and provide a regular forum for discussion.
Class 2 - Paleo on the Go - September
Most convenience foods are pre-packaged junk. This stuff isn't included on the Paleo Diet and really shouldn't be a part of anyone's diet. Rebecca and Dr. Holly will show you how to stop sacrificing health for convenience with these easy and portable snacks and "to go" foods.
